The staff are friendly, helpful and give good advice. Laiba (Hygienist), Hana (Hygienist) and Dr Ross Hepton (dentist) have provided good service for me today and in the past and other hygienists were good too and I rarely see the Dentist as a result. I would recommend them as where I went many years ago was nowhere near as good.

I have been on a total teeth journey with Dr Ross Hepton over the past year or so, and he has completely transformed my smile. From my Invisalign treatment through to composite bonding, Ross was always professional, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough every step of the way. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the process, always taking the time to explain everything very clearly. His attention to detail and expertise really show in the final result, and I couldn’t be happier with my smile. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ross and this dental practice.

I recently visited The Dental Practice for a tooth cleaning, which was recommended to help stabilise my tooth in preparation for root canal treatment in a couple of months. Aisha was excellent—she was caring, professional, and explained everything clearly throughout the procedure, which really put me at ease. Sajida was also wonderful and made the visit even more pleasant by being so friendly and playful with my 7-month-old son. Overall, I had a very positive experience at The Dental Practice and felt well looked after. I look forward to my upcoming appointments with Aisha and Sajida. Thank you for the excellent care!

I have had a very pleasant experience as an overseas patient with Dr. Ross and this clinic. He carried out a root canal treatment on my tooth, which unfortunately later developed complications despite the odds. What stood out to me was how professionally and fairly the situation was handled. Without me even requesting it, Dr. Ross went above and beyond to ensure I was supported moving forward, which I truly appreciated.

I literally have not had a better Dental Practitioner, the Practice itself is very well presented and the staff, whether on the phone, or in person are polite and efficient. What's not to like? You need a private Dentist...Well, this is it.

Had my usual check up today and it went smoothly and on time.. Dr Ahmad is a brilliant dentist , always friendly and polite. I was also seen by the hygienist . She was such a lovely lady and her assistant was also friendly and smiley. She put me at ease right away as I was a bit nervous and answered all my questions and recommended products that I enquired about. Fantastic ❤️

Had a great experience with the dental practice who replaced my dental bridge that had come of after years was happy and confident to eat immediately as was advised i felt well looked after lovely friendly receptionists too.

I had a brilliant experience getting a root canal and crown fitted here. Dr Ahmed was kind, explained clearly the whole process, and the reception staff were also very kind and communicative. Would highly recommend!

I had my first appointment today and both Dr Ahmad and his assistant were extremely kind and considerate. The doctor explained my options in detail and was honest but also reassuring. I have a long journey ahead with my tooth’s issue, but i think i’ve at least found the right dentist to deal with it.

Dr Ross Hepton is great. Very friendly and welcoming. Did my hygiene appointment whilst doing my dental check which saved me another trip. Checked my baby’s gums too whilst I was there. Highly recommend!
